Both Piano Trees and Rarities .6 will be available soon on Charlotte’s store! You can purchase Piano Trees through most music retailers, but if you purchase the digital version from Charlotte’s official store you’ll get to choose the quality of the download, along with a bonus PDF of the booklet. And as per usual, Rarities .6 will be in limited supplies and be limited to two per person! Grab it when you can, everyone.

Hm, where to start? How about with the announcement of Rarities .6? That’s right! The final Rarities will be available through the Mad Fast Acoustic Tour, starting next week on September 30. You’ll also be able to pick up the new, all instrumental album, Piano Trees! If you want to get a taste of Piano Trees, you can head over to Charlotte’s MySpace.

Musical Discoveries also reviewed the album here. So exciting!

The wallpaper contest winner was also announced recently, which means I’ve added my own submission to the website here! Other than that, I’ve done a little tweaking to the site and done some cleaning. CharMar Online’s one year anniversary is coming up soon, so maybe I’ll plan something special for you all, if school doesn’t eat me alive in the next month. ♥

Guess what, there’ll be a new Rarities CD! And it looks like the only way to get them will be to go to Char’s upcoming shows at Joe’s Pub and The Hotel Cafe. Only two for person, so if you’re going, grab them while you can.

There’s also a chance for you to win tickets to the shows (traveling fees not provided). Popnography wrote an article about Orphans, and if you comment in response and talk about a memorable concert moment for you (It doesn’t have to be about Charlotte.), you could win two tickets to either show, a copy of Orphans, and a copy of Rarities .5. This is a small (or maybe not that small) collective dedicated to singer-songwriter Charlotte Martin. My name is Rachel, and I’ll be your webmaster. 

The site is almost done, and just in time, because Charlotte has just released her Orphans EP! You can purchase it through Charlotte’s official store, Amazon, or iTunes. If you purchase it directly from Charlotte’s store, you have a choice between the hard copy or the digital version. The digital version comes with two bonus PDFs. One of which contains the album artwork, and the other showcases the winner/finalists of the “Design the Orphans Cover Contest.” Please support Charlotte and buy it.

Charlotte also has two upcoming shows scheduled. I would love to attend the Los Angeles showing, but sadly The Hotel Cafe is a 21+ club and my twenty-first birthday isn’t until late April of 2009. Cry.
